12 MONTHS Warranty Code: T

These products supplied by Service Champ carry a 12-month warranty after installation or use against defects in material and/or workmanship. They are also guaranteed to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturers’ specifications. Products which have been improperly installed, been used for other purposes than what they were intended for, exceed normal use or which have become defective due to inadequate protection while in the customer’s storage are not covered by this warranty.  The invoice price of a product supplied by Service Champ which proves to be defective will be credited in full. The product claimed to be defective must be returned to Service Champ for inspection. No credit will be issued unless the product has been returned to Service Champ.

The repair and maintenance of a vehicle can have an environmental impact on our natural resources and therefore vitally important.  We at OnSite Lube hold ourselves to a high environmental standard; way above our industry standards.  We utilize oil absorbing pads under every vehicle and maintain the tools and equipment necessary to clean any oil spill; should a spill ever occur.  Our waste oil and filters are removed for disposal by approved waste companies and EPA standards.

SERVICE WARRANTY

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

 

Providing you notify the local office of OnSite Lube, Inc. promptly, before any repairs are conducted, if within thirty (30) days of our service, you encounter the breakdown of any function of the vehicle or equipment that is caused by the service provided by OnSite Lube, Inc., OnSite Lube, Inc. will at its option, repair, rebuild and/or replace the damaged part(s).  OnSite Lube, Inc.'s liability is limited to those service items requested by the customer as outlined in the "Service Plan" developed by OnSite Lube, Inc. for the Customer.  Equipment or parts manufactured by others but furnished by OnSite Lube, Inc. will be repaired or replaced, but only to the extent provided in the original manufacturer's guarantee and subsequent inspection by an authorized OnSite Lube, Inc. Manager and/or agency, of the damage is required prior to any alteration, repair or removal of the damage.  If this condition is not met, the foregoing warranty shall be void.

The foregoing states our entire warranty obligations, which are in lieu of all other warranties, including warranties of fitness or merchantability or otherwise, express or implied in fact by law, and state our entire and exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy for any claim of damages in connection with the sale or furnishing of services, goods or parts.  None of our employees or agents are authorized to make any warranty replacement or repair other than that which is specifically set forth herein.  The provisions in any specification or chart issued by us or attached hereto are descriptive only, and are not warranties.  OnSite Lube, Inc. will in no event be liable for any consequential damages whatsoever, including vehicle rental, hotel/motel cost, towing, downtime or lost profits, arising from the sale or furnishing of services, goods or parts.
