Can you come to my home for an oil change?                        

No, we ask that you have at least four oil changes at your work place. We will come to your home for one vehicle if it requires a repair. (service call my apply)

 

Do you carry different brand oils?

We use Chevron motor oil products. We can use your brand of preference if you let us know when you schedule your service.(bottle charge will apply) 

 

Do you carry Synthetic oil?

We use Mobil Synthetic oil. We can use your brand of  preference if you let us know when you schedule your service. (Price may vary)

 

Do you carry the oil & air filter for my vehicle.

We carry the majority of oil filters. Please advise us if you have luxury vehicles like BMW; Mercedes or a VW so that we can bring these filters. (Additional cost may apply.)  Please let us know if you need an air filter when you schedule your service. 

 

What repairs can be done in the parking lot?

We can fix most minor repairs. (Tune ups; brakes; water pumps; radiators; A/C repair)

Call us for an estimate. We typically charge 10%-20% below most shops and dealerships.

 

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for 6 years. We are licensed & insured. We are ASE certified and a member of The Better Business Bureau. We are a service business catering to our customers. We will give you an honest diagnostic and repair your vehicle at a fair price.

 

What are your hours? 

7A.M. to 5 P.M. Mon thru Sat. After hours can be scheduled. (fleets will vary)

 

Will you come to my work place on a regular basis?

Yes, you can call or email us and we will be glad to arrange a regular scheduled visit. We can work with your Human Resources department so we can provide the proper documents and answer any questions they may have.

 

How do you perform an oil change?

Our vans are set up with state of the art equipment. Everything is run off an air compressor. We carry 100 gal. of bulk Chevron oil in our custom made tanks. The oil is pumped into your car with an oil gun. We will jack up some low profile vehicles to service them.  

 

Does any oil get on the ground when you preform oil changes?

Absolutely not. When servicing vehicles we will have a metal pan under them so no oil will get on the ground. We have never had a customer complain that we left oil marks.

 

What do you do with the waste oil and filters?

Our waste oil is picked up by a licensed & insured Company for recycling. The filters are recycled to make manhole covers.

 

Can your mechanics inspect a specific problem on my vehicle when I get my oil change?

Yes, if you know of a specific problem we can inspect it at no charge.

If you need a check engine light diagnosed or pressure check to find a coolant leak, there is a small charge of $19.95.  

 

Will you match a written estimate and preform the repair at my choice of location?

Yes, and we will take 10% off of any written estimate from a reputable repair shop. We will come to your location of choice at your convience.
